Our Investment Criteria

We typically invest between €5m and €35m of equity in control situations with the following criteria:

 
• Sales between €10m and €150m, with positive cash flows
• Clear value proposition
• Defensible market position and/or technological leadership
• Value creation opportunities through strategic and operational initiatives
• Highly motivated management with a desire to become co-owners of their business
• Headquartered in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria
