Virthos Partners is an independent, owner-managed investment partnership. We invest jointly with a select group of like-minded entrepreneurs and industrial families in “Mittelstand” companies (privately held SMEs) in the German-speaking part of Europe and support them through strategic and operational initiatives to realise their full potential.

 
We preferably invest in niche manufacturers of “intelligent” industrial products and services which are well positioned in their markets based on differentiated technologies with a strong customer focus. Typically, those companies have sales between €10m and €150m and our investment involves between €5m and €35m of equity.

 
We are not constrained by any fund restrictions and pursue a long-term oriented, sustainable value creation strategy that we implement in partnership with the management team and with the support of our network of seasoned industrialists and sector experts.
